![]() Everyone is always bitching about how big of a resource hog electron is so maybe they've been working on better sleeping threads and cleaning up memory and our happy little scrobble thread is being put to sleep for too long unless you click the window. ![]() Doing something as small as clicking on the window title bar is enough to keep the scrobbles working again. After some more testing even leaving it maximized doesn't fix the issue, it seems like you have to interact with the window. You can change your theme, customize the colors, send your play history straight to. That's my best guess anywaysĮdit: "Active" might be the wrong word. Google Play Music Desktop Player adds a level of customization that simply isn't there in the web player. Seems like the 2nd event isn't firing if the window isn't "active".
